Looking back at mini-conference of technology transfer
How to link science to the real-world application of research results? Over 60 participants from among research group leaders, Ph.D. students, supervisors and other scientists found the answer at a mini-conference entitled "Technology Transfer as an Opportunity", which we co-organized with the Faculty of Medicine MU.
Great speakers and their refreshing perspectives on the matter - from the functioning of technology transfer at MU by Markéta Vlasáková from CTT MU, through examples of good practice, founding companies and the functioning of investment funds by Jiří Moos from i&i Prague to the perspective of investors who help bring ideas into the real world by Miloš Dendis. The event was accompanied by lively discussion and an atmosphere of mutual motivation leading to innovations from Masaryk University getting to where they can change the world.
