CTT MU Participated in Prague.bio Conference 2025
On Thursday, September 25, the third edition of the Prague.bio Conference 2025 took place in Prague, bringing together over 400 participants from around the world.
More than 25 million CZK, most of it for activities at faculties and departements of Masaryk University. This is the financial framework of the project Development of Commercialization of R&D Outcomes at MU, that was grated to Technology Transfer Office of MU. The aim is to improve the University's readiness to commercialize scientific outputs and to co-work with the application sphere.
The project from the Operational Programme Research, Development and Education (OP VVV) will run for four years. Activities are planned by pillars to make it easier to take into account different needs of researchers in ICT, Life Sciences and Humanities. The last pillar of the project is Masaryk university in general.
A significant part of the activities are trainings for academic staff, scientists and technical staff of the university. A major role is attributed to the TTO "Technology Scouts" at departments, who participated in project preparation, helping to identify the needs of specific research areas.
