Projects

Technology Transfer Office has many years of experience in the field of implementation of various projects regarding both the development of technology and knowledge transfer and sharing this experience and other related activities. The projects in which TTO acts either as a chief investigator or as a collaborative entity help to improve the internal environment at Masaryk University and advance the professional standard of TTO.

Projects under implementation

The project's objective is to improve the collaboration between universities and the private sphere in Georgia and Kyrgyzstan and strengthen the role of the local universities as active institutions contributing to the social and economic development of the country.

The goal of this project is to contribute to greater efficiency of research and innovation management of universities in Southeast Asia; this is to be achieved by means of building and increasing the capacities for intellectual property management.

TTO MU: Project of Foundation and Operation of Technology Transfer Office (MIT, ESF, OP Industry and Enterprise – 1.1 Prosperity, 2005–2008) 

POSTBIOMIN: Program developing interdisciplinary research POtential for the STudies of BIOMolecular INteractions - Improvement of Technology Transfer in the sector of biomolecular research s cílem podpořit vznik prostředí pro TT výsledků pracoviště NCBR MU (EU, 7. RP, 2008 - 2011) 

CoReTECH: Cross-regional CO-operation in REsearch and TECHnology Transfer Support Services s cílem rozvoje spolupráce v oblasti TT (ERDF, Program Evropské územní spolupráce Rakousko - ČR, 2009 - 2010) 

CHEM POINT: Project focused on the creation and communication and skills development of several key professional chemical communities consist of universities, research institutions and private companies leaded by BUT Brno (MŠMT, OP VPK 2009 – 2012) 

PERSEUS: Technology transfer development project with aim to Plan to Establish Research-Science-Enterprise oriented Universities for the benefit of  Society oriented to central Asian states leaded by University of Santiago de Compostela (TEMPUS, 2009 – 2012) 

SynBIOsys: Project aimed to Maximizing Synergies for Central European Biotech Research Infrastructures leaded by South Moravian Innovation Centre in Brno (EU, 7. RP 2009  - 2012) 

EfTrans: Effective Knowledge Transfer – (MEYS, OP Education for Competitiveness 2011 – 2013) – a member of the expert team assessing methodologies for effective implementation of technology transfer in the Czech Republic.
