CTT MU Participated in Prague.bio Conference 2025
On Thursday, September 25, the third edition of the Prague.bio Conference 2025 took place in Prague, bringing together over 400 participants from around the world.
On 9 October 2014 our team organized another of the series of round table meetings aim of which is to mediate meetings of scientists with expert public. This time the event held on the premises of the Moravian Provincial Archive dealt with footwear development from the scientific point of view.
The round table was attended mostly by the researchers and students from the Faculty of Sport Studies of MU, doctors and physiotherapists. Presenters lead by the vice-dean for research and development Assoc. Prof. Martin Zvonař focused mainly on the research done at the faculty. Visitors were given current information e.g. on utilization of the devices in the Laboratory of Biomotorics for the development of footwear or on analysis of plantar pressure of pregnant women.
The founder of the BOTY J HANÁK R company, Josef Hanák, was also present. The company cooperates with FSpS on the development of biomechanical footwear, which is manufactured in its workshop in Snovídky. Visitors were able to try these shoes on during the event.
